| ***IMPORTANT*** All Entry Forms and payments MUST be turned in at the meetings on Monday so that Flo will have them to turn in to NTHSRA. If they are not turned in, you will not participate in that rodeo. Forms will be available at the meetings or they can be printed by going to the NTHSRA wedbsite and clicking on "Forms and Applications". Remember--A parent must sign the form. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Flo is doing us a great favor by being our sponsor this year. Please do not take advantage of her! |

| September 18, 2006 We are in need of photos to put on the website. Please bring any that you have to the meeting on Monday (or before). They will be scanned and put on a CD. I will be able to send you a copy of your photos by email so that you can print more copies, enlargements, etc. or send them to friends. * * * * * DON'T FORGET The Trinity Rodeo is this weekend and they need our help. Please make every effort to be there as much as possible. I'm sure you will appreciate their support at our rodeo in March. Adults are especially needed. |

| September 25, 2006 All finals ads were turned in along with forms for upcoming rodeos. Officers were elected as follows: Jake Moyer ~ President Drew Bennett ~ Vice President Robert Morris ~ Sec./Treas. Shaun Lanmon ~ Sgt. at Arms Programs for the Richland Rodeo were discussed. All ads are to be turned in to Celeta Moyer. I will be starting work on the program soon, so if you have any ideas on what you would like to include in them, please let me know. The team decided on maroon for their team shirts. We still need sizes. Bylaws were looked at and will be voted on at the next meeting. Please read and come with any questions or changes you would like to see. It was decided to have meetings twice a month. The next meetings will be on 10/2 and 10/23. At the next meeting we will discuss Fundraiser Bylaws Non-riding Member Shirt Sizes If there is anything you want added to the agenda email Richland Rodeo or contact one of the officers. |
